Parameters:
[in]a0a0(j) is element A_(j,j-1) of matrix A
[in]a1a1(j) is element A_(j,j) of matrix A
[in]a2a2(j) is element A_(j,j+1) of matrix A
[in]binhomogeneity vector
[in]n_rowssize of matrix A (indices run from 0 (!!!) to n_rows)
[out]xsolution vector.
